Founded in 2000, initially for beginners of bass guitar in Oxford, it soon became apparent that drum tuition at home would be in demand, since students were able to use their own kit.

So business grew

I now deliver home tuition in an area covering Oxford to Didcot and Wallingford to Wantage. Providing tuition at home has proved popular with students of all ages.

A little history

"I started playing 40 years ago, on drums, but also borrowed my sister's guitar and Pete Seeger record as a matter of course, because I needed to speak the language of music. I was lucky to get a good grounding in theory as I developed. For the last 6 years I've been helping the Rabbit Foot Spasm Band create an original new spin on the raucous jazz and jive from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. All the early signs of modern music are there."
